- Begin using the Glycemic Index (GI) as a starting guide for food choices
Action Steps:
- Download and read the Glycemic Index (GI) List to increase awareness of blood sugar impact of foods eaten.
- Write down what you ate today.
- Look up the foods you ate today, and what their GI values are.
- Share in the private Facebook Group which foods you were surprised to discover had a GI value higher than 50. Awareness counts!
